Power yoga is a vinyasa based flow class, designed to build strength and increase flexibility through a sequence of postures.  But it’s not just about the physical benefits; yoga is so much more, increasing your overall sense of wellbeing, reducing your stress levels, teaching you new breathing techniques and helping you draw parallels with what comes up on your mat and your everyday existence.  It has the potential to change your life.


Classes have now stopped for Easter and will restart after the holidays.

My classes run in term time and are suitable for all abilities with lots of modifications and also progressions for those with more experience.

Please bring your yoga mat, towel and water to class with you and let’s practise!

Thursday ALL LEVELS – 09.30 – 10.30am Scout Hut, 293 Park Road, Kingston KT2 5LY

Saturday ALL LEVELS – 7.45-8.45am 120 Canbury Park Road, Kingston, KT2 6JZ

All classes are booked in advance via an online booking system HERE.  There’s no cash turn-up-and-pay option I’m afraid.

Pop-up classes run randomly throughout the year and are another great way to experience the Power Yoga Kingston magic!
