Power yoga is a vinyasa based flow class, designed to build strength and increase flexibility through a sequence of postures.  But it’s not just about the physical benefits; yoga is so much more, increasing your overall sense of wellbeing, reducing your stress levels, teaching you new breathing techniques and helping you draw parallels with what comes up on your mat and your everyday existence.  It has the potential to change your life.


Classes will restart on Saturday 11th January 2020.

My classes run in term time and are suitable for all abilities with lots of modifications and also progressions for those with more experience.

Please bring your yoga mat, towel and water to class with you and let’s practise!

Pop-up classes run randomly throughout the year and are another great way to experience the Power Yoga Kingston magic!
