Power yoga is a vinyasa based flow class, designed to build strength and increase flexibility through a sequence of postures. But it’s not just about the physical benefits; yoga is so much more, increasing your overall sense of wellbeing, reducing your stress levels, teaching you new breathing techniques and helping you draw parallels with what comes up on your mat and your everyday existence. It has the potential to change your life.
I’m transitioning to online classes during the current crisis – it’s an incredible way to practice that lets you STAY CONNECTED to your community all from the comfort of your home!
All you will need is your computer, an internet connection, your mat and blocks or a substitute like a big hardback book. It’s through a FREE software solution called Zoom.
Staying active and mobile will keep your immune system strong and also help you relieve stress, soothe and calm the nervous system
My classes run in term time and are suitable for all abilities with lots of modifications and also progressions for those with more experience.
