Beginners Power Yoga

Got over that January feeling?  Ready to take some steps towards addressing your mental noise, stress levels, strength and flexibility?  Want to get moving and find some flow?

This 6 week course guides you through a slower paced power yoga class. It’s still dynamic, it’s still challenging, but there’s time to pause, clarify, laugh and get to grips with the basics.

Set in the beautiful light-filled Canbury Studios, this 6 week course starts Tuesday 21st February 7.45-8.45pm, £72.
